While our platform tracks commissions and facilitates payments, the specific percentage rates are governed by the individual agreements between Developers/Agents and Financial Brokers.
Users retain the rights to the images and documents they upload. However, by listing a property as Level 1, you grant the platform a license to display that content publicly for marketing purposes.
Our platform acts as a facilitator for property management and networking. We are not a party to the actual real estate sale and are not liable for disputes arising from external legal contracts.
